At Hendrick’s Gin 1L, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we offer a 14-day return window for items that are damaged or unopened. Please ensure all seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Verification and Approval
Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened 1L bottle in its original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the exterior.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
